A street center, which has a common car park, is a gathering of multiple stores in the same building. They typically contain shops such as drug shops, food shops, fast food restaurants or a small independent coffee shop. The building, which is usually easily approachable by car, is placed at a main junction of a city or city.
The concept is to achieve a new level of design through a futuristic form of new age commercial building, with sufficient space and proper building positioning, which has an impact of dynamism to a quality of being characterized by vigorous activity and progress.
