INDUSTRIAL ARCHITECTURE
TOTAL LOT AREA: 750 SQM
TOTAL FLOOR AREA: 355.45 SQM

Industrial architecture is one of the best design styles to use in residential rest houses because this style gives a comfortable, warm, and peaceful feeling to the user, because the common characteristics of this architectural style are having a large glass window, wood materials, rough concrete, and steel. a large window for natural light and ventilation, interior wood materials for warm feeling, rough concrete steel for additional aesthetic.

Industrial interior design is inspired by industries established in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century. Buildings made of brick, concrete, iron, and steel are intended to survive for many years. These spacious, clear areas were designed to accommodate more workers in order to do more work.

“Colors are usually more neutral and characteristic of the building materials used. Think grays, whites, browns, and blacks. Elements like brick, wood, and steel heavily influence the color scheme.” – Stephanie Purcell, Interior Designer.

Industrial design involves creating a space that feels like it was once used for industrial purposes. Industrially designed spaces often share common elements like concrete floors, high ceilings, steel and timber architectural elements, and expansive windows, among others.” – Mackenzie Collier, Interior Designer
